New addition and kitchen/great room remodel involving modifications to existing structural components and extensive high-end finishes. A 600 SF addition was constructed above the garage to accommodate a luxuriant office with private bathroom complete with custom plumbing fixtures and natural limestone tile. High-end millwork was installed with exotic veneer including ebony and zebra wood. An integrated A/V system was furnished and installed throughout the new addition and existing home. Remodel of the kitchen and great room entailed an architectural painting detail on the ceiling with a comprehensive lighting plan. All millwork was cut sequentially providing consistent color and grain throughout. A custom designed solarium augments the great room providing generous amounts of natural light. Moreover, an existing bathroom was gutted and redesigned with custom glass tile and enhanced with an invigorating color palette of complementary colors. Lastly a cabana was added to the existing structure for use next to the swimming pool. Teak was used to construct custom benches, cabinetry, and paneling to mitigate the effects of moisture.
