Complete gut and remodel of an upscale, single family residence in the Lincoln Park neighborhood. This historical home was given new life for a young family to grow in. Protection of existing trim and hardware was a critical component of the project. Electrical wiring was updated throughout the home. Custom millwork and an oversized eating island were installed in the kitchen to provide a gathering place for meals and a staging area for serving guests.
