Complete gut and remodel of two existing units of a high-rise penthouse condominium. Extensive coordination of elaborate finishes are highlighted by natural limestone slabs which cover the entire floor of the unit. Exotic veneer (laurel) wraps the custom millwork and tight tolerances maximize the available space in all rooms. Kitchen and bath are adorned with full height slabs of natural stone materials to complement the limestone floors and unique millwork. An all-encompassing A/V system was installed along with an extensive electrical system for custom lighting and window blinds.
